The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) continues to innovate in providing convenience for taxpayers. Now, changes to the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) address can be made independently through the Coretax DJP system, eliminating the need to visit a Tax Office (KPP) in person.
“Coretax provides a special menu for taxpayers to update their address data according to actual conditions,” DJP stated on its official Instagram account (@ditjenpajakri) on February 4, 2025.
This feature is part of the ongoing digitalization of tax services, aimed at improving efficiency and convenience for taxpayers in managing their tax data. With this service, the process of updating an address becomes faster, easier, and more practical.
To change their address, taxpayers only need to follow these steps:
Once the request is successfully submitted, taxpayers will receive a notification along with a Receipt of Submission (BPS) as proof that the data change has been received and processed.
With this feature, taxpayers can access tax services more easily without the need to visit a KPP in person. DJP remains committed to providing better services and supporting the digitalization of Indonesia’s tax system.
This address change request is mandatory for taxpayers who have moved to a location that is not registered under their current KPP.
For more information, taxpayers can visit the official DJP website or contact the tax assistance service via Kring Pajak 1500200.
