Adyasta Consulting is looking for creative, innovative, and passionate individuals in visual design and digital media to join our team as Creative Staff. This role plays an important part in supporting the company's branding and communication efforts through compelling visual designs and creative content development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and develop visual designs for the company's social media and promotional materials
• Produce creative content aligned with the company's branding and communication strategies
• Design materials for both digital and printed media
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts for various company activities
• Ensure the quality and consistency of visual communication across all company platforms
• Provide creative support in accordance with operational needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Visual Communication Design (VCD) or a related field
• Familiar with social media content design and current digital trends
• Strong graphic design skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Creative, communicative, and innovative
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
